Project funded under the Regional Operational Programme

On April 23, 2025, the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, acting as the Managing Authority for the Regional Operational Programme (ROP), and Transfero Turistic S.R.L., as the beneficiary of the non-reimbursable funding, signed the financing contract no. 56/206/POR_P4/23.04.2025 for the project “Restoration, modernization, repartitioning, and change of use of existing building C1, from administrative and socio-cultural building to hotel, including extension with a new wing, exterior landscaping, and reconstruction of the property’s fencing”, SMIS code 325243.

The general objective of the project is to horizontally diversify the service offer of Transfero Turistic S.R.L. by creating a new service unit and introducing a complementary service to those already provided, entering a new market – the HORECA sector.

The specific objectives of the project are:

  • Construction of an accommodation unit in the Municipality of Tecuci
  • Increasing employment among individuals affected by the structural transformation process by creating 31 new jobs
  • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and conventional energy consumption through the use of renewable energy production systems, solar panels, and energy-efficient equipment, in line with environmental protection objectives and compliance with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle

The total value of the project is 34,892,499.24 lei, of which:

  • 20,191,389.30 lei represents eligible non-reimbursable funding from the Regional Operational Programme
  • 3,028,708.40 lei represents eligible non-reimbursable funding from the state budget
  • 6,651,784.41 lei is the beneficiary’s own contribution
  • 8,049,325.53 lei represents the total ineligible costs

Project implementation period: April 23, 2025 – April 22, 2027
